How the hustle culture is destroying your health and (essentially) your life

When we are young, we might take on a lot of various challenges and always have a 'fight or flight' attitude. But we often ignore the damage that's building up and will eventually come to the surface once the adrenaline rush fades away and we are no longer in our prime years.
We are programmed to hustle. Commitment to long working hours to earn success has been widely celebrated and praised, but this tendency has created a toxic ideology that can be daunting for many people.
